Booking conditions :
Down payment 30% of the total amount (payable on booking).
Balance70% of the total amount (payable 30 days before arrival).
Deposit900 euros to be paid with the balance, reimbursed 15 days maximum after handover of keys and inventory of fixtures.
Tourist tax 1.10 per adult per night, payable with the balance.

Household:
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 100€, which will be returned after the inventory of fixtures on your departure if the apartment is returned in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival.
