Rates are for one-week stays and vary according to whether you are staying in high, mid or low season.

Booking conditions :
Down payment 30% of the total amount (payable on booking).
Balance70% of the total amount (payable 30 days prior to arrival).
Deposit800 euros to be paid with the balance, reimbursed a maximum of 10 days after handover of keys and inventory of fixtures.
Tourist tax 0.70 per adult per night, payable with the balance.

Cancellation100% refund if cancelled 40 days before arrival date.
Household:
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 80€, which will be returned after the inventory of fixtures on your departure if the apartment is returned in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival.
